About

Sally’s heart is to create space for people to slow down, listen, and encounter God with honesty and hope. Her own journey with God has been shaped through many seasons—including years of infertility, parenting five children through adoption related challenges, and navigating the complexities of special needs, as well as serving in ministry for over 30 years.

Her work flows from personally meeting Jesus in the hard places and from the privilege of walking alongside others in their own stories. Sally believes deeply that transformation happens through presence, not pressure, and she is drawn to the faithful work of helping others learn to walk in the freedom and purpose Jesus has for them.

Sally holds an Advanced Certification in Formational Prayer and is actively completing her training in Spiritual Formation and the Art of Spiritual Direction, both through The Healing Care Ministries.  In addition, she completed a three-year ministry training program, International Leadership Training Institute (ILTI), and holds a bachelor's degree from Otterbein University in Psychology and Organizational Communications.  She engages in regular spiritual direction, is committed to her own spiritual journey and abides by the Guidelines for Ethical Conduct outlined by Spiritual Directors International and by the Spirituality Network of Columbus, Ohio. Sally and her husband, John, have five incredible adult children, a wonderful daughter-in-law, and two delightful grandchildren.
